Biography

Brian M. Vinsko, Esquire is an attorney with Vinsko & Associates, P.C. He is a graduate of the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. This is significant as he served as a law clerk with Craig Lewis, Esquire, one of the most prestigious environmental, personal injury and general civil litigators in the southern United States. It was there that he garnered valuable litigation knowledge and trial techniques, while simultaneously learning and studying these areas of law.

Since joining Vinsko & Associates, P.C., Attorney Vinsko has become one of the preeminent divorce, child custody and support lawyers in Pennsylvania, handling everything from no-fault, simple divorces to complex divorce and child custody cases. If you are experiencing a difficult family law issue, contact Brian today. Additionally, Brian also had extensive experience in unemployment compensation and various employment litigation matters, routinely representing clients in these areas in court and on appeals.

Brian is also very active in the local community as a volunteer. He is a coach for Back Mountain Little League Baseball and serves as one of its volunteer board members. He has worked also tirelessly for his alma mater, King's College, Wilkes-Barre, PA, and in 2010, he became the chairman of the prestigious King's College Capital Campaign.
