Vinsko & Associates, P.C., was founded in 2003 by William E. Vinsko Jr. Esquire, who is the managing partner today. From a small, solo practice, Bill Vinsko grew the firm to encompass a wide-ranging number of professional, personal and municipal clients, with expertise in the area of real estate, contractual, corporate, business, employment, municipal and governmental, law and litigation. Shortly thereafter, Brian M. Vinsko Esquire joined the firm and created the Family Law division, handling complex divorces, custody and support matters across Pennsylvania.

Today, almost two decades later, Vinsko & Associates, P.C., has gained a reputation for being a hard-working, knowledgeable and experienced firm in the areas of real estate, business/corporate law, estate law and litigation, family law, municipal and government, and personal injury. We are equally proud of our technology, including, but not limited to, digital and paper files, advanced scanning capabilities, and 24-hour remote access, which helps keep our clients satisfied.

Vinsko & Associates, P.C., has attorneys who are not afraid to enter the courtroom to ensure justice is served for their clients. We have represented the very large corporate clients to the individual clients who merely need to be counseled on simple legal issues.

Bill Vinsko and Brian Vinsko are on NBC’s affiliate station, WBRE (Wilkes-Barre/Scranton) every Thursday as they host “PA LAW on PA LIVE!” providing legal advice on TV. They have also been interviewed as legal experts on local Fox, CBS and NBC affiliates throughout Pennsylvania, as well as in newspapers and online platforms for their experience in many of the legal areas they handle. Bill Vinsko also is a TV commentator on local stations regarding election law every election cycle, as he has extensive experience handling both pre- and post-election issues in the courtroom. Vinsko & Associates, P.C., has been recognized by the Times Leader and Citizens’ Voice newspapers as one of the best law firms in Northeast Pennsylvania, as recently as 2021.
